Smiles at School is all about bringing smiles to the faces of children, their families and schools across the whole country. We love what we do, and we aim to delight you with fantastic photography, quality products and fast delivery.  That’s why our‘No Smile Left Behind’ Guarantee means you can be confident you’ve chosen the right company for your photography, marketing and fundraising, and will be left with a beaming smile!

Here’s what we promise:

Photo Day

While we can’t guarantee a big wide smile from every child we photograph (kids will be kids after all!), we can guarantee we will have done everything we can to get one! Our photographers have a range of techniques to draw out a smile from a child, from jokes, silly games, puppets and sometimes just an honest genuine smile from our photographers, to get them grinning.

If they don’t feel like joining us for a photo, we’ll try again later. If they refuse point blank to have their photo taken (which can happen especially in nursery photography), then we won’t force it – instead, we’ll try and capture some photos of them playing in their room later on. We believe that no parent should miss out on a photo day.

Your Photos

On photo day we do our best to make sure every child is clean and ready for the camera, kids will be kids! Sometimes there’s a blemish, a rogue stain on a t-shirt or something else you’d rather not see every time you look at your beautiful prints.

We won’t assume and edit your photos as standard, but if you want anything airbrushed, just tell us and we’ll do what we can to tidy things up*. If you receive your prints and you’re not 100% happy with them, then we will replace them free of charge, no questions asked. Just return your original to us for review and comparison!**

Your Staff

We know photo days are fun for the kids, but they can be pretty stress-inducing for your staff. The disruption to lessons, logistics and managing the admin can send even the coolest office manager into a spin! That’s why we ensure a simple online ordering process and relaxed professional approach – so that photo day can be enjoyable for everyone! We even have an order hotline so that you don’t have to manage parent queries – just refer them straight to us. Our aim is that working with us will be easier than any other photographer – and if it’s not,we’ll do everything in our power to put it right next time.

Your Bursar

Looking to replace your old photographer with our smile-guaranteeing service, but a bit nervous about making the switch? We’ll guarantee to match your last commission payment the first time you use us, so you know you won’t lose any money in trying us out. No risk when moving suppliers – that should make you smile!***

Marketing & Fundraising Team

We know marketing is more art than science, but we’re so confident in our marketing and fundraising that we even guarantee them too! If you’re not 100% happy with your promotional photos, we’ll either fix them or arrange to do a reshoot, completely free of charge. And if any of your fundraising products aren’t as you expected, we’ll replace them for free too****.
